About the role

- Integrate the testing strategy to align requirements with the delivered product

- Analyze business processes, applications, products, strategy, and customer needs

- Lead presentations and facilitate requirements and gap review sessions
- Build consensus around recommendations and resolutions
- Deliver clear, comprehensive, and fit-for-purpose documentation
- Ensure that analysis activities and outcomes comply with EDC standards
- Collaborate with digital teams, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive relationships and manage expectations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience as a management systems analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices and the activities and roles involved in executing large-scale programs
- Experience with technical implementation and the project life cycle; knowledge of the systems development life cycle
- In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps or JIRA, Confluence, or other requirements management tools
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to develop tactical plans and guidelines based on broad strategic direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
- Strong listening skills
- Strong relationship management skills, including facilitating group sessions and leading a project team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application to the requirements elicitation process
- Candidates must meet government security requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application
- Graduate certificate in management systems analysis, CBAP, IIBA Agile Analysis Certification, or a willingness to obtain one—an asset
- Graduate certificate in management systems analysis—an asset
- Agile certification, such as DASM or a similar certification—an asset
- Experience in finance, digital channels, financial services, or lending—an asset
- Experience in business intelligence, data, and reporting—an asset
- Fluency in both official languages (English and French)—an asset
