About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and prioritize the quantitative research agenda in partnership with EDC teams
- Lead the evolution of customer and market measurement frameworks, including NPS and survey-based metrics
- Develop market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity analysis methodologies
- Lead complex end-to-end quantitative research initiatives
- Program, test, and deploy surveys using Qualtrics
- Develop analysis plans and apply advanced statistical techniques
- Analyze quantitative data using SPSS and other tools
- Optimize surveys, sampling, metrics, and analytical methodologies
- Guide external research vendors and oversee the quality of deliverables
- Integrate primary and secondary research, operational data, and external market intelligence
- Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into recommendations
- Analyze customer experience across the stages of the customer journey
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Qualtrics
- Communicate insights to stakeholders and senior executives
- Use generative AI responsibly, ethically, and to a high standard
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Establish research standards, governance principles, and best practices
- Advise, coach, and provide critical analysis to colleagues and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience focused on customer-related quantitative analytics, market research, customer experience analytics, marketing research, or related customer insights roles, including experience overseeing complex research initiatives
- University degree in market research, statistics, social sciences, data science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading end-to-end quantitative research
- Advanced experience analyzing quantitative data using SPSS or comparable statistical software
- Proficiency in significance testing, regression, segmentation, weighting, driver analysis, factor analysis, predictive modeling, or choice modeling
- Proven ability to integrate primary research with operational, behavioral, secondary, or market data
- Experience developing, managing, or enhancing customer, brand, market, or customer experience measurement frameworks
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with survey and reporting platforms such as Qualtrics
- Demonstrated commitment to research rigor, ethics, data integrity, and quality assurance
- Candidates must meet government security requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application
