About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver operational support to frontline teams within established service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage and prioritize requests across shared intake channels, including ServiceNow
Execute transaction-related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, document review, and CRM updates
Maintain data accuracy and governance standards
Provide sales operations support to Regional Directors and Relationship Managers across regional offices
Conduct one-on-one meetings with Relationship Managers to review CRM pipelines and advance new and renewal opportunities
Coordinate required documentation with internal and external partners
Communicate sales operations updates, process changes, and key requirements during regional office team meetings
Identify and support process improvements, change initiatives, and national standards
Lead or support team initiatives and corporate projects by gathering and analyzing information, contributing to planning, and supporting execution
Report to the Manager, Sales Operations
Support consistent adoption and continuous improvement of national standards in a matrix environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field
Bilingualism in both official languages (French and English)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy
Candidates must be able to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred)
Must meet requisite government security screening requirements
Experience in financial services, commercial lending, or a similar environment is an asset
Experience using ServiceNow CSM and/or Salesforce CRM is an asset
