About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own TurFresh’s reviews and online reputation across Google Business Profile, Yelp and Birdseye
Respond to reviews within 48 hours and handle negative reviews and public complaints
Maintain review response guidelines and collaborate with Customer Service on review generation
Track ratings, review volume, response rate and recurring themes by location
Build and manage the community by answering comments, DMs and mentions
Monitor conversations about TurFresh, competitors and turf care across local groups, Reddit and review sites
Route sales and service inquiries to Customer Service in GoHighLevel
Send weekly listening digests covering questions, objections, complaints, competitor activity and content ideas
Turn content pillars into weekly channel calendars and write channel-specific posts, captions, story text and calls to action
Brief creative resources, make basic edits and coordinate field content capture with technicians
Schedule and publish content through GoHighLevel Social Planner across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
Review and approve AI-generated calendars, captions, replies and reports; improve prompts and brand voice rules
Report weekly performance, separate organic and paid results, track clicks and inquiries, and run copy and format tests
Meet first-90-day objectives including establishing baselines, maintaining zero review backlog, launching guidelines, publishing weekly cadence, delivering reputation reports and implementing AI drafting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years managing social media and online communities for a brand or agency
Excellent written English with clear, warm, persuasive copy for U.S. homeowners
Proven community management experience, including managing comments and direct messages
Reputation management experience on Google Business Profile, Yelp or Birdseye
Social listening experience using native tools or platforms such as Sprout Social or Brand24
Demonstrable results with numerical performance metrics
Basic visual editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar
Comfort using AI as a drafting partner while retaining quality, accuracy and brand judgment
Organized and self-directed working style
Experience with GoHighLevel, Birdseye/review management platforms, Meta ad copy, UGC/creator-style content and pet-owner audiences are nice to have
