About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
  • Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
  • Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
  • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
  • Design a schedule around personal needs and lifestyle, with client demand typically after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
  • Licensed in a key state, or willing to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
  • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
  • Minimum 7 hours of total availability per week
  • Candidates must hold a Texas state license and ideally be located within Texas
  • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
