Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
  • Communicate with stakeholders to highlight challenges and contribute to client deliverables
  • Create engagement documentation, including technical designs
  • Identify and implement reusable assets and components
  • Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementation
  • Contribute to process reviews and improvements
  • Deliver proofs of concept and work with the team to ensure successful completion
  • Implement best practices and follow the development lifecycle process
  • Understand business requirements and technical specifications
  • Build and visualize target solutions for complex requirements
  • Translate business requirements and designs into technical solutions
  • Research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations
  • Manage and prioritize concurrent workloads
  • Discuss technical and functional issues and solutions with executives, support, and customer personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Total technical experience of 1–2 years; minimum 1–2+ years of technical experience
  • At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in the AI space
  • Programming skills in Python
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms: classification, regression, and clustering
  • Experience with LLMs, including GPT and open-source models, and prompt engineering
  • Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB and FAISS
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
  • Knowledge of at least one Oracle AI area related to Vector DB, Oracle AI Database, or Oracle out-of-the-box AI features is advantageous
  • Azure AI skills related to AI Foundry models and AI services are advantageous
  • Experience working in a CMMI environment is a plus
  • Ability to collect requirements and build high-level, low-level, and deployment design documents
  • Multi-domain expertise and knowledge of other integration tools are advantageous
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • AI certification is an added advantage
  • Excellent AI technical skills and ability to build and visualize solutions for complex requirements
  • Hands-on experience building AI solutions using RAG and agentic frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot
  • Knowledge of enterprise REST/SOAP API frameworks with backend ERP applications such as Oracle is advantageous
  • Experience translating business requirements and designs into technical solutions
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent workloads
  • Ability to discuss technical and functional issues and solutions in highly escalated situations with executives, support, and customer personnel
