About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards
  • Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
  • Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives
  • Coordinate product roadmap planning to align product strategy and delivery execution
  • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development
  • Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes
  • Operate as a Flow Master under the ANDE framework and support product, architecture, and engineering roles to run ANDE pilots effectively and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management
  • Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric products and solutions
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
