About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the SAP APAC alliance strategy and objectives
- Facilitate senior SAP relationships and program management for strategic initiatives
- Accelerate field engagement and drive action through APAC geographic governance activities
- Drive disciplined governance and accountability across service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and SAP counterparts
- Execute SAP business reviews and provide insights to APAC SAP Alliance executives
- Drive local Super Region activation and compliance with SAP partner programs
- Deliver alliance intelligence, financial reporting, and SAP impact/influence reporting
- Activate new countries and regions with appropriate governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
- Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communication teams on APAC marketing messaging and materials
- Execute local alliance marketing activities with local alliance and BMC executives
- Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network
- Coordinate virtually with team members globally and travel as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to manage multiple activities across relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support
- Understanding of SAP technology and business benefits of relevant SAP products and solutions
- Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company
- Demonstrated success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
- Strong networking and influence management skills
- Highly credible communication skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues
- Ability to work independently while communicating progress and challenges
- Ability to escalate complex issues with recommendations to leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
