About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage DevOps processes
  • Ensure outer loop AI agent exception analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate across AI building blocks for agent-native development, trust, knowledge, control, and environment
  • Work with project managers, architecture development leads, and engineering leads to ensure smooth capability handoff to customers
  • Maintain the environment by keeping team structures consistent, inventorying assets, coordinating updates, and acting on continuous verification alerts
  • Coordinate deliverables across building blocks for customer and internal deliverables
  • Review planned development cycles to ensure sufficient resources for execution
  • Support the Engineering PM and Admin team by providing direction on upcoming requirements for integration planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • 0–2+ years of experience in DevOps and software/AI development
  • Basic foundation in computer science, engineering, or math
  • Technical aptitude to understand the AI Native development environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to highly dynamic requirements and situations
