About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creative and visual direction for creative collateral across multiple formats
  • Act as a creative strategist and design thought leader
  • Lead creative brainstorms with stakeholders, content teams, and digital marketing teams
  • Provide creative leadership to design teams delivering brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics, and social media collateral
  • Develop conceptual work through rapid prototyping, storyboard creation, and post-production
  • Ensure creative work follows EY brand guidelines and meets expectations for aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency
  • Coach and train the wider team and strengthen brand-building and creative strategy capabilities
  • Provide creative and art direction support and resolve issues with team members and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to use pop culture trends, creative techniques, and executional approaches to create exceptional user experiences
  • Communicate with customers, understand design briefs, and share ideas
  • Lead customer project discussions with a customer-centric mindset
  • Present innovative design solutions and influence customer design decisions
  • Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects in parallel
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Experience across digital, social, and integrated media
  • Knowledge of social platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Strong visual design and creative thinking capability
  • At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • Prior art direction experience in leading agencies
  • Working knowledge of other relevant industry software and tools
  • User-centric, creative, innovative, and analytical approach
  • Working knowledge of infographics and data visualization techniques
  • Project, risk, and team management skills
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality output on time and within budget
  • Excellent comprehension, verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of current and future visual trends
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams and developing junior creative talent
  • Experience working with global clients
