About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Become deeply immersed for 18 to 24 months in a global initiative transforming EY’s sales approach, behaviors and activities
  • Elevate sales acumen of client-serving professionals by achieving minimum mastery of sales fundamentals
  • Align the technology roadmap with Clients & Industries initiatives, leveraging Dynamics and identifying beneficial AI opportunities
  • Work with Talent to assess future sales talent requirements, including remuneration and evaluation models
  • Design and implement a sales operating model globally and in each Super Region as appropriate
  • Drive near- and long-term cultural transformation to create a distinctive EY sales culture
  • Own and drive complex programs, including scope, time and budget plans, resourcing, risk mitigation, activation, communications and ROI analysis
  • Plan and lead global stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committee sessions
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and co-creation of program deliverables
  • Connect all facets of the program and leverage EY business knowledge, relationships, communications and operational effectiveness
  • Share success stories and examples showcasing program outputs and applications
  • Build momentum and insight across regional Clients & Industries teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required
  • 10-12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience
  • Exceptional program management skills, with evidence of leading large-scale programs
  • Functional sales experience and/or a good understanding of one or more key program areas
  • Demonstrated change leadership skills and experience operating with business agility, innovation and ability to foster adoption
  • High level of complex, conceptual problem-solving ability
  • Wide sphere of influence and broad-based network
  • Drive, determination and resilience, with a track record of overcoming barriers and achieving results
  • Understanding of and desire to strive for profitable growth and commercial impact
  • Global mindset and ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures
  • Flexibility to work extended hours
  • Project Management qualifications preferred
