About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build initial course scheduling offering schedules for review
- Submit requests to schedule offerings and publish content in SuccessFactors
- Support end-to-end execution of learning course deployment plans and budgets
- Coordinate conference and event management
- Monitor participant nominations alongside DAT
- Manage learner cancellations, no-shows and missed sessions, including coordinating training dates and nominations
- Prepare facilitators for course delivery and support facilitator management
- Manage SharePoint sites and maintain relevant curriculum, program and course content
- Maintain joining instructions and learner and facilitator information
- Build and maintain working relationships with the EY Germany learning team
- Support hosting and production of online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects
- Access and report on Learning course L1–L3 evaluation feedback
- Contribute to activities and projects across the wider Talent Development function
- Ensure CE credits are awarded to learning participants and instructors where applicable
- Work alongside Senior Deployment Specialists and/or Learning Program Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline; HR Specialisation preferred
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience
- Significant experience working in HR in a professional services or corporate environment
- Experience working in Learning and Development desired
- Experience working in international and diverse environments
- Understanding of EY and EY Talent
- Stakeholder management / business consulting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
- Strong team-working and coordination skills
- Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
- Proactive problem-solving and solutions mindset
- Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule for peak demands and customer requirements
