About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join EY's Consumer Investment Banking team
- Execute mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund raises and strategic transactions end-to-end
- Work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds and strategic investors
- Support high-impact transactions across the consumer ecosystem
- Prepare investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers and pitchbooks
- Perform financial modeling, valuation and transaction analysis
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Provide services across multiple client departments
- Deliver insightful and practical solutions while meeting commercial and legal requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of M&A and Private Equity transaction processes
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Experience preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers and pitchbooks
- Exposure to execution and closure of live transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership, initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Business Administration
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Chartered Accountant
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Content Strategy
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
