About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join EY’s Consumer Investment Banking team
- Execute end-to-end mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions
- Work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors
- Support high-impact transactions across the consumer ecosystem
- Provide investment banking advisory across strategy, corporate finance, buy and integrate, sell and separate, and reshaping results
- Work on investment banking advisory, valuations, modeling and economics, transaction diligence, restructuring and turnaround services, project finance and infrastructure, EY-Parthenon strategy, and EY-Parthenon execution
- Provide services across multiple client departments
- Deliver practical solutions to complex client issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of M&A and private equity transaction processes
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Experience preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks
- Exposure to execution and closure of live transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Master of Business Administration
