About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join EY’s Consumer Investment Banking team
- Execute end-to-end mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Support private equity fund raises and strategic transactions
- Work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds and strategic investors
- Deliver high-impact transactions across the consumer ecosystem

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Business Administration
- Chartered Accountant
- Certification in Data Analytics
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Master of Commerce
- Bachelor of Commerce

- Strong understanding of M&A and private equity transaction processes
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Experience preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers and pitchbooks
- Exposure to execution and closure of live transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership, initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
