About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Build scalable, secure architectures focused on enterprise readiness
- Develop advanced integrations with SAP using APIs, custom connectors and Azure services
- Implement identity and access management patterns, including principal propagation
- Define authentication and authorization for agents accessing external systems
- Work hands-on with pro-code extensions, Microsoft AI stack and agent frameworks
- Lead client engagements, shape vision, design solutions, run workshops and present architectures
- Support pre-sales activities, including demos, proofs of concept and proposals
- Contribute to AI and automation offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions
- Solid background in integration design, including REST APIs, OAuth and identity propagation patterns
- Strong experience with Power Platform architecture, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, service principals and managed identities
- Ability to design complex solutions independently and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio / Power Platform with SAP or other major enterprise platforms
- Experience working with Agent365 or thorough understanding of its capabilities and implementation best practices
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework and AutoGen
- Pro-code development skills in Python and C#
- Experience with custom connectors and API management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
