About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop standardized practices for delivering products and capabilities using big data and cloud technologies
- Interact with senior client technology leaders to understand business goals
- Create and propose solutions, estimate effort, build architectures, and deliver technology solutions
- Define client-specific data management best practices in cloud environments
- Recommend designs for data ingestion, processing, and provisioning layers
- Design and develop batch data ingestion programs using ADB, ADF, PySpark, Python, and Synapse
- Develop real-time data ingestion programs using Apache Kafka and Spark Streaming
- Manage teams and end-to-end delivery
- Build technical capabilities and teams
- Design and propose Azure-based data and AI solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Develop and present demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept
- Create technical proposals and presentations and respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Lead technical project delivery and ensure implementation aligns with solution design
- Define and implement best practices and agile methodologies for scalable cloud solutions
- Provide expert guidance on data strategy, cloud architecture, data modernization, AI, and machine learning workloads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have worked on Government Infrastructure Sector Projects
- Experience in Presales, RFP, and GTM
- Strong understanding and familiarity with all Cloud Ecosystem components
- Strong understanding of cloud architectural concepts and distributed computing paradigms
- Experience developing large-scale data processing
- Hands-on programming experience in ADB, ADF, Synapse, Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Hands-on expertise in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure ecosystems
- Solid understanding of ETL methodologies, data modelling, and data governance
- Experience with BI and data analytics databases
- Experience converting business problems into secure, performant, scalable technical solutions
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions
- Experience benchmarking enterprise application performance
- Strong stakeholder, client, team, process, and delivery management skills
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in one or more stated data and AI areas
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience
- Project management, client management, and solutioning skills are advantageous
- Technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things
