About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis for decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor project progress and alignment with business objectives
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations
- Participate in the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of Technology solutions
- Work as part of a project team delivering Technology project-based work and managed services to financial-services clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners
- Knowledge of scrum ceremonies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project management or a related field is beneficial
- Strong background in computer science from theoretical and practical perspectives
- Ability to be a flexible self-starter, quick learner, manage changing priorities, and learn rapidly changing technology solutions
