About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the EY global security culture strategy, roadmap, and multi-year maturity plan
- Manage a global security culture program embedding secure behaviors into daily work practices and decision-making
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of security culture initiatives driving measurable behavior change
- Partner with leaders across Information Security, Technology, Risk Management, Talent, Communications, Learning, and business functions
- Develop engagement strategies enabling leaders to champion security culture within their teams
- Align awareness, learning, training, and simulation initiatives with broader cultural objectives and business needs
- Define and monitor metrics measuring culture, engagement, participation, and behavioral outcomes
- Conduct research, assessments, surveys, interviews, workshops, and focus groups
- Analyze organizational trends and human risk indicators to inform strategic planning and interventions
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and recommendations communicating program effectiveness and cultural trends
- Promote positive security behaviors through recognition, reinforcement, storytelling, and leadership engagement
- Stay informed on organizational psychology, behavioral science, culture transformation, human risk management, and industry trends
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across security culture initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across diverse business functions, regions, and employee populations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Change Management, Education, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of experience in organizational change, culture transformation, employee engagement, workforce adoption, communications, learning, leadership development, behavioral programs, or related initiatives
- Experience implementing and/or managing high impact programs
- Experience using data, metrics, surveys, or other assessment methods to measure program effectiveness and inform decision-making
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management experience
- Experience leveraging AI productivity tools
- Strong understanding of organizational culture, change management, employee engagement, behavioral science, or related disciplines
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across functions, levels, and geographic regions
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage effectively with executive leaders and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, trends, and behavioral insights
- Experience developing strategies, frameworks, and programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and shaping new capabilities and programs
- Strong project and program management skills
- Ability to build trust, credibility, and positive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience using data and insights to inform organizational decision-making
- Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motivations across global teams
- Integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ideally: experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, or technology environments
- Ideally: experience supporting security culture, human risk management, safety culture, ethics and compliance programs, or similar initiatives
- Ideally: familiarity with security awareness, behavior analytics, or human risk measurement approaches
- Ideally: knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or similar change management frameworks
- Ideally: experience with employee listening programs, culture surveys, sentiment analysis, or organizational diagnostics
- Ideally: experience in a global virtual environment
- Ideally: relevant certifications in change management, organizational development, leadership coaching, behavioral science, or cybersecurity
