About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute as a team member and lead across technical streams of OBIEE/OAC implementation projects
- Provide product- and design-level technical best practices
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
- Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead
- Deliver growth, market, and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates using an issue-based approach
- Produce high-quality reports, papers, and presentations
- Build a quality culture and foster teamwork
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives
- Create and manage large BI and analytics solutions using visualization tools such as OBIEE/OAC
Requirements
What you’ll need- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with adequate industry experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in OBIEE/OAC
- Experience working with OBIEE and OAC end-to-end implementation
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes using Informatica, ODI, or SSIS
- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and RPD logical modelling
- Experience with BI Publisher
- Experience with Agents
- Experience in security implementation in OAC/OBIEE
- Ability to manage self-service data preparation, data sync, data flow, and curated data sets
- Ability to manage connections to multiple cloud and non-cloud data sources using OAC data connectors
- Experience creating pixel-perfect reports and managing catalog contents, dashboards, prompts, and calculations
- Ability to create datasets, map layers, multiple data visualizations, and stories in OAC
- Understanding of snowflake, data mart, star, and data lake models
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience migrating on-premise OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge and working experience with Oracle Autonomous Database
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts
- Strong data modelling skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes
- Strong SQL/PLSQL and analytical skills
- Experience in insurance and banking domains is ideally preferred
- Strong project delivery and team management skills are ideally preferred
