About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives aligned with clients’ strategic goals
  • Support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks
  • Support program management approaches and value realization structures
  • Work with project teams and clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions
  • Support transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks
  • Apply Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum
  • Track risks and resources across workstreams
  • Develop governance materials and portfolio analyses
  • Contribute to business cases, ideation activities, performance reporting, and client-ready storytelling
  • Support technology strategy teams with operating model and process design
  • Research and analyze Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain
  • Work across SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, and ERP environments
  • Assist with cost optimization, data modeling, assessments, and process improvement activities
  • Collaborate with clients and experienced team members across transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactive, execution-oriented mindset
  • Agile, growth-oriented mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Developing commercial awareness
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Replit
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required
  • Experience contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives, PMO/EPMO activities, transformation office support, or program/portfolio delivery
  • Exposure to operating model, process design, or capability roadmap activities
  • Experience with technology strategy or IT transformation topics
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, or Planview
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to apply structured frameworks to complex business and technology challenges
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
