About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engineer, administer, and optimize enterprise automation platforms
  • Enable integrations through APIs, connectors, webhooks, and enterprise services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Automation Platform Engineering, Security Operations, IT Operations, or Enterprise Technology
  • Experience managing enterprise automation, orchestration, or security automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, connectors, integrations, service accounts, certificates, and secrets management
  • Experience with RBAC, IAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications, security tools, ITSM platforms, and cloud services
  • Knowledge of security governance, compliance, audit, and access management controls
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of automation platform engineering, administration, operational support, architecture, orchestration frameworks, integration patterns, security, compliance, audit, governance, onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management
  • Ability to evaluate automation use cases and translate operational requirements into platform capabilities
  • Ability to balance scalability, reliability, security, governance, and user adoption requirements
  • Passion for automation, process optimization, and emerging AI-enabled automation capabilities
