About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects
- Ensure quality and effective risk management
- Lead workstreams and manage client engagements
- Develop innovative solutions to complex financial problems
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures
- Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Lead teams and provide feedback to lower-ranking colleagues
- Manage and deliver financial processes, solutions, and projects
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Lead financial planning transformations and technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions
- Build client relationships and drive commercial outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis
- Expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare
- Experience with strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience with management reporting and business performance analysis
- Experience with capital planning and investment analysis
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
- Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
- Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, or Tagetik
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials preferred
- Experience across multiple industries preferred
- Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations preferred
