About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the central operations and PMO support point for assigned NVIDIA alliance activities
- Track priorities, workstreams, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies and follow-ups
- Provide alliance leadership with structured reporting, dashboards and executive-ready narratives
- Support governance for leadership meetings, QBRs, planning forums and operational reviews
- Develop agendas, storyboard content, coordinate inputs, prepare meeting materials, capture actions and track closure
- Maintain alliance reference materials, SharePoint content, leadership presentations, internal updates and enablement assets
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams on alliance-related content
- Program manage NVIDIA partner tools, portals and operational processes
- Track portal access requests, issue resolution, adoption, certifications, skills currency and training coordination
- Support NVIDIA Market Development Fund processes, investment tracking, compliance monitoring, quarterly reviews, claims support and documentation readiness
- Support NVIDIA alliance contract and governance activities and related compliance actions
- Partner with onshore NVIDIA alliance enablement contacts on strategic projects and transformation initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder mapping, partner offerings or marketplace activities, events, sponsorships and training interventions
- Improve alliance operations through process mapping, documentation, issue analysis, control strengthening, data quality improvement, templates and playbooks
- Use automation and responsible AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work, improve reporting, support content drafting, generate insights and track follow-ups
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communication plans and delivery commitments across global and regional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline preferred
- MBA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in alliance operations, program management, business operations, sales/GTM enablement, ecosystem support, consulting operations, technology partner enablement or enterprise technology partner operations
- Strong understanding of alliance, ecosystem or partner program operations
- Working knowledge of sales, revenue, pipeline, opportunity lifecycle, partner program metrics, GTM motions, co-sell or referral activity, partner distinctions, specialization requirements and performance reporting
- Strong program and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with continuous improvement, process simplification and operational excellence
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and apply digital tools responsibly
- Practical exposure to generative AI tools; preferable exposure to Agentic AI concepts, AI-enabled process automation, AI agents or Copilot-style productivity tools
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, research capability and attention to detail
- Experience working in virtual, matrixed and multi-geography environments
- Project/program management, process improvement, alliance, partner program, NVIDIA, technology partner or enterprise software certifications are advantageous
- Knowledge of EY and GDS operations for internal candidates; Big 4, consulting, technology or leadership support exposure for external candidates preferred
