About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide end-to-end program management, operational and administrative support for the global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement formation function
  • Co-develop and operationalize a scalable support delivery model for ecosystem relationship formation
  • Coordinate across onshore and GDS teams and facilitate effective handoffs
  • Guide EY business teams through process steps, documentation and approvals for new ecosystem relationships
  • Review intake forms, business cases and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and quality
  • Develop and maintain checklists, guidance and frequently asked questions
  • Research EY systems and external sources to pre-populate templates, validate information and support due diligence
  • Respond to requests and queries, providing guidance on status, requirements and next steps
  • Schedule and participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, owners and target dates
  • Draft communications and consolidate documentation for meetings, reviews and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain records in the Ecosystem Relationship Management System and prepare periodic status reports
  • Maintain documentation repositories and archive records
  • Track Risk Management activities and approvals to support quality-control procedures
  • Complete post-formation activities, including relationship summaries, distribution-list updates and kickoff calls
  • Review and refresh the ecosystem formation process and supporting documentation
  • Educate global stakeholders and promote consistent process adherence
  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions and improve ways of working
  • Drive simplification and automation across the formation lifecycle while maintaining quality, risk and governance controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce or a related discipline
  • 9+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in a strong program management environment
  • Preferably experience in an individual-contributor role involving engagement with senior onshore stakeholders
  • Exposure to alliance or ecosystem relationship formation, governance or operations preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, program and project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across geographies, time zones and virtual teams
  • Practical knowledge of risk, independence, compliance and governance mandates within a Big Four or comparable professional-services firm for external candidates
  • Strong research and due-diligence capability
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable mitigation measures
  • Capability in continuous process improvement, simplification and automation, including identifying agentic AI and digital solution use cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other common business productivity tools
  • Ability and willingness to regularly work US Eastern or Central time-zone hours is mandatory
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
