About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive complex GRC Technology SAP Security engagements and help solve broader risks through solution implementation
- Recommend, design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing implementations and applications
- Participate in solution design and consult with business clients and onsite teams
- Aid project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment for SAP ERP and GRC solutions
- Act as project lead or assist the lead with estimation, reviews and customer satisfaction
- Lead and support project teams, maintain communication, provide updates and mentor team members
- Train and coach junior team members and drive project tasks and activities
- Ensure quality of deliverables
- Prepare RFP responses and create proofs of concept for client demonstrations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, EY products and service lines
- Identify and lead automation initiatives
- Analyze requirements, allocate tasks and update status reports
- Prepare project documentation and procedures
- Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle
- Manage decisions, process optimization, resources and team execution
- Allocate personnel, supervise team members, assign tasks, provide tools and support, and evaluate performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech with a minimum of 7–8 years of consulting/auditing experience
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA transformation project
- Experience in SAP Security design and configuration for ECC, BW, SRM, Portal, S/4HANA, Fiori, BPC and SuccessFactors
- Understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliances and regulations, and segregation of duty concepts in an SAP ERP environment
- Understanding of SAP Security processes, security architecture and administration
- End-to-end implementation experience of SAP GRC Access Controls, including access request management, business role management, emergency access management, access risk analysis, user access review and SoD review
- Understanding of functional processes for ruleset and controls framework design within GRC Access Control
- Exposure to benchmarking and remediation activities for GRC rulesets
- Strong understanding of SAP landscape, transport systems and version compatibility concepts
- Strong communication, presentation, team-building, reporting and presentation skills
- Consulting skills, commercial acumen and enthusiasm to learn
