About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and interpret business and functional requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops and client assessments
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders and collaborate with the wider team
  • Translate business requirements into complex technical requirements
  • Produce technical specifications supporting system architecture and development
  • Conduct quality assurance tasks and peer review junior team members' work
  • Monitor and report risks and opportunities associated with emerging technologies
  • Recommend system and technical components based on business requirements
  • Support process modelling and improvement
  • Design and review test cases
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve system issues
  • Contribute to moderately complex project activities
  • Assess whether implemented solutions and technologies meet business requirements
  • Contribute to business case development and complete RFP responses
  • Explore and experiment with data to address defined business problems
  • Support Oracle GRC and GRC Technology service growth within EY GDS Consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience gathering and interpreting business requirements
  • Proven experience developing technical requirements and specifications
  • Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling and testing
  • Proven understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modelling and Notation
  • Preferably CA/MBA/B.E/B.Tech
  • 1 to 3 years of implementation and advisory experience on Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls
  • Ability to drive risk and control programs for Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud
  • Ability to design Segregation of Duties risk libraries and prepare remediation roadmaps
  • Experience with system role design, security builds and troubleshooting security defects
  • Ability to design risk control matrices through workshops with business process owners
  • Experience reviewing Oracle ERP IT Application Controls for test of design and test of effectiveness
  • Ability to identify opportunities to automate ITDM/manual controls using Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud
  • Deep understanding of COSO and COBIT
  • Knowledge and audit experience across SOX, GDPR and CCPA
  • Relevant experience in internal or external business analysis and/or software/technical analysis roles
  • Technical knowledge and experience delivering IT solutions, providing technical advice and understanding user requirements
  • Some stakeholder management experience
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Projects and HRMS is a prerequisite
  • Ability to simplify data and explain trends using Excel spreadsheets, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Oracle GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, NetSuite, MS Dynamics and Workday is an added advantage
  • Willingness to learn and work on different ERP and CRM solutions
  • Commercial acumen, technical experience, consulting skills and enthusiasm to learn
