About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on Identity and Access Management projects for customers across the globe
- Report identified risks within engagements
- Share issues and updates with leadership and management in a timely manner
- Ensure work meets EY quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer
- Contribute to execution of an IAM roadmap meeting security requirements
- Implement and adopt secrets management
- Manage machine identities
- Define access policies aligned with customer needs and the overall IAM program
- Architect IGA solutions using Saviynt
- Drive IGA projects, including project, team, and client management
- Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions
- Develop and build application integrations, account and entitlement connectors
- Perform periodic certification reviews in Saviynt
- Coach and counsel junior team members and support their development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt
- Ability to drive IGA projects, including project management, team management, and client management
- Experience implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement project, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
- Experience engineering, developing, and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA
- Experience developing application integrations, account and entitlement connectors, and performing periodic certification reviews in Saviynt
- Experience with Saviynt components including Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and Segregation of Duties
- Knowledge configuring workflows in Saviynt IGA
- Knowledge configuring birthright rules for user onboarding workflows
- Experience creating XML jobs in Saviynt
- Experience with implementation, build, and deployment processes in Saviynt
- Good understanding of RDBMS and SQL queries
- Professional IT certifications are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
