About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze risk and control data using Microsoft Excel
- Identify, document, and assess operational risks using process and control frameworks
- Structure and reconcile large datasets to support risk assessments and control testing
- Translate risk findings into structured process improvement recommendations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Working knowledge of process and control frameworks for identifying, documenting, and assessing operational risks
- Ability to structure and reconcile large datasets in Excel
- Understanding of consulting methodologies for translating risk findings into process improvement recommendations
- Experience building Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
- Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
