About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of project and program delivery from demand management through project delivery
  • Direct successful delivery of complex global EY projects, project plans, objectives, and change initiatives
  • Review project plans, technical roadmaps, and risks; recommend actions to senior business leaders
  • Establish and manage projects according to governance frameworks and statements of work
  • Track, analyze, and report business performance targets, KPIs, and project health
  • Manage vendor agreements and contracts supporting project management services
  • Monitor internal and external developments affecting IT programs
  • Identify, implement, and promote best practices and new technologies through Communities of Practice
  • Develop and drive quality initiatives aligned with industry standards
  • Ensure delivery meets time, budget, and quality targets
  • Develop talent, recognize success, and lead globally dispersed teams
  • Manage project scope, milestones, schedules, resources, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, executive updates, and steering committee reviews
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalate critical concerns, and manage change requests
  • Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate decisions, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations
  • Allocate resources, monitor performance, coach and mentor project coordinators and project managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation projects and programs globally across EY
  • Ability to challenge and push back on business project demand
  • Ability to lead and motivate globally dispersed teams
  • Strong strategic capabilities and ability to develop new approaches
  • Expert knowledge of project management, IT governance formulation, and team management
  • Strong knowledge of IT risk management, IT standards and policies formulation
  • Expert understanding of IT infrastructure design and delivery
  • Experience leading end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure
  • Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks, reporting, RAID logs, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Risk, issue, assumption, dependency, mitigation, escalation, change request, and scope control management
  • Stakeholder, vendor, and project relationship management
  • Experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Resource allocation, team performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring
  • Project budget, forecast, financial tracking, cost control, and variance management
