About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in Skills Needs Analysis conversations leading to learning solution design
Draft learning objectives meeting EY quality standards
Apply learning strategies and design guidelines to create impactful learning materials
Assist in drafting Learning Solution Plans and improving learning solutions
Create storyboards and trainer/participant decks for physical and virtual classroom programs
Collaborate with Subject Matter Reviewers, graphic designers, developers, deployment teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
Review deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, and quality standards
Liaise with Subject Matter Reviewers for technical reviews and feedback
Conduct quality assurance checks and revise design documents based on feedback
Use Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Studio to create interactive learning modules
Ensure deliverables align with EY written-material design and quality standards
Maintain relationships with content owners, learning and performance consultants, and business customers/clients
Proactively mentor junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Any Graduate
3–6 years of relevant experience in designing courses and other learning items
Experience designing learning solutions for eLearning, Physical Classroom, and Virtual Classrooms
Experience storyboarding courses and simulations using Articulate Rise & Storyline 360
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and whiteboarding applications such as Miro, Mural, or MS Whiteboard
Experience storyboarding videos and iPDFs/Flipbooks
Experience writing assessments aligned to learning objectives
Experience applying accessibility standards and directing remediation of gaps
Experience applying US CPE requirements
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, writing, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and in fast-paced, stressful environments
Ability to mentor junior team members and facilitate teamwork
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
