About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients across diverse sectors as a trusted advisor in project management
- Conduct project management activities, including reporting, meeting organization, task prioritization, time management, and risk management
- Deliver client results
- Apply and implement Agile methodologies in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach
- Support strategic guidance and operational implementation of digital programs, including business design, development oversight, deployment, and change management
- Enhance risk management tactics
- Add value through industry, process, and sector knowledge
- Participate in the internal life of the team
- Participate in international projects for global-market clients
- Contribute to digital transformation plans and innovative solutions involving AI, RPA, chatbots, cloud governance, and startups
- Expand professional expertise through training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in relevant fields
- At least one year's experience in a major consulting firm or prominent global corporation
- Preliminary Project Management experience, such as implementing a new application, IT program, system integration, or interface creation
- Good understanding of Project Management principles
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and/or Lean methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex topics and execute transformation strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in spoken and written French, native or bilingual
- Fluency in spoken and written English in a professional setting
- Ability and willingness to travel for up to one week per month
- No visa sponsorship required
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field from a recognized university (ideally)
- 1 to 3 years of extensive working experience (ideally)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Teams, Jira, Trello, GitHub, Miro, Slack, ServiceNow, and Triskell (ideally)
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, or PMI-ACP (ideally)
- Previous project management experience working directly with executive committees (ideally)
- Government and Public Sector experience (ideally)
