About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze course logistical requirements and determine appropriate facilities for in-person learning
  • Collaborate with delivery team members on delivery plans
  • Coordinate and oversee Learning Support Liaison activities for in-person classes
  • Confirm virtual and in-person classroom setup with onsite resources, producers, or Learning Support Liaisons
  • Review and reconcile class rosters against final attendance to ensure accurate credit awarding
  • Counsel facilitators on credit-awarding processes through Calculo attestation in a highly regulated environment
  • Act as point of contact for facilitators and participants
  • Ensure credit is awarded and provide evaluation results as required
  • Initiate class setup and publication in the Learning Management System
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement procedural enhancements with Delivery leadership
  • Prioritize daily work while managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, resolve, or escalate challenges and potential issues
  • Oversee the activities of the Learning Support Liaison

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1–3 years of learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality experience
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to work with all ranks and levels of the organization
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and Teams
  • Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent Learning Management Systems
  • Foundational knowledge of EY learning opportunities
