About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop relationships with global EY teams serving assurance engagements
- Supervise delivery of GDS engagement management support activities
- Assist engagement teams with multi-location coordination, engagement economics, confirmations, project management and database management
- Maintain and update global engagement team databases and contact lists
- Collate client information from publicly available databases and communicate it through firm publications and databases
- Take responsibility for work and ensure thorough review before meeting deadlines
- Identify problems and exceptions and inform regional engagement teams promptly
- Respond proactively to regional stakeholders
- Participate in weekly or biweekly calls with regional counterparts and share progress updates
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with engagement teams
- Solicit feedback and take appropriate action
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduates with 0–3 years of general business experience
- Confident and outgoing individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain consistently high-quality work
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, prioritize projects and follow up diligently
- Ability to communicate easily with leaders and peers
- Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential issues
- Interest in business and commerciality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
