About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer existing analytics platforms within EY’s Service Delivery Center
  • Provide system administration and operational support for Informatica
  • Install and configure platforms
  • Monitor platforms and integrate them with observability and alerting solutions
  • Recommend platform improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
  • Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries
  • Identify and raise capacity issues involving storage, licenses, and performance thresholds
  • Define deployment best practices
  • Integrate platforms with other platforms and Business Unit installations
  • Participate in data platform architecture and strategy
  • Research and recommend problem-resolution actions based on best practices and application functionality
  • Collaborate within platform-administration PODs and participate in cross-training and vendor training
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for HVR, Informatica, and Matillion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years working in customer success or in a customer-facing engineering capacity
  • Large scale implementation experience with complex solutions environment
  • Experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in technology-based solutions
  • Experience navigating, escalating, and leading complex customer/partner requests or projects
  • Experience with Linux command line
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms
  • Ability to map business requirements into technical features
  • Knowledge of the software development process and software design methodologies helpful
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations/Kubernetes application deployment and management with an enterprise software or data product
  • Experience with ABAC, VDS, PING Federate, or Azure Active Directory helpful
  • Cloud platform architecture, administration, and programming experience desired
  • Experience with Helm, Argo CD, Docker, and cloud networking
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • DoD experience preferred
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to work varying Monday–Friday hours, flexible hours, and/or weekends as needed
  • Participation in an on-call rotation for multiple applications
  • Preferred cities include Dallas, San Antonio, Charlotte, and Atlanta
