About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client workstreams and teams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering, and cloud-enabled solutions for Technology sector clients
  • Manage workstreams within AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering programs from assessment and design through implementation and adoption
  • Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams, risk professionals, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and executive-ready reporting
  • Support solution shaping, proposals, estimates, client presentations, and development of reusable assets and accelerators
  • Coach team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing teams or major workstreams within enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, or engineering initiatives
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, data engineering, MLOps, model deployment, responsible AI, and governance
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern data platforms across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
  • Experience taking generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems from prototype to production
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience contributing to proposals, solution development, and client presentations
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now and in the future
  • Experience serving Technology sector organizations
  • Familiarity with application modernization, microservices, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and operating-model design
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and program or portfolio management tools
  • Relevant cloud, data, architecture, AI, Agile, or project-management certifications are advantageous
