About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide cross-functional support and delivery across Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement, and Order Management modules
- Perform configuration updates for flexfields, workflows, value sets, approvals, and cross-module setups
- Document functional changes and support preparation of MD50/BR100 artifacts
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Develop test scripts for upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Execute regression testing across modules
- Support integrations using API, OAF, OIC, XML, and custom interfaces
- Assist with data loads, reconciliations, and master data governance
- Collaborate with business SMEs to streamline operations and strengthen controls
- Deliver training, UAT support, and process documentation
- Provide L2/L3 functional support across multiple EBS modules
- Analyze and resolve issues affecting daily operations, reporting, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams
- Participate in Oracle Consulting implementation projects and develop new solutions through R&D activities
- Report R&D project progress and document implementation and post-implementation results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 6–8 years Oracle EBS experience across Financials, SCM, or HR
- Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Readiness to participate in Oracle Consulting implementation projects and R&D activities
- Hands-on collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement Oracle best practices and solutions
- Willingness to report R&D project progress, document implementation results, and conduct post-implementation reviews
- Readiness to travel for business purposes
- MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications are advantageous
