About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deploy Financial Reports, Web Forms, Dashboards, Business Rules, Smart Lists, Management Reports, Security and Approval Workflows
  • Work on data integration, including direct source-system integrations, file-based integrations, pipelines and data maps between cubes
  • Develop and maintain complex business rules, aggregations and dynamic calculations in line with best practices
  • Collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements, prototype solutions, conduct system testing and deliver end-user training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve metadata and data-load issues and perform data validation
  • Work with clients to understand business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions
  • Define process automation using EPM Automate and batch scripting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 8–9 years of experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS
  • Minimum of 8 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, highly preferred
  • Proven expertise implementing and leading Oracle Planning and Budgeting financial planning solutions
  • Hands-on skills in PBCS/EPBCS, dimension hierarchy management, data integration, Management Reports/Smart View reporting, Webforms and Dashboards, Task Manager, business rules, Groovy scripting, security, approval workflow and financial process optimization
  • Experience implementing EPBCS Workforce, Financials, Capital and Projects modules preferred
  • Experience in large corporate or multinational environments
  • Involvement in finance transformation projects
  • Exposure to agile or waterfall project methodologies
  • Exposure to AI-specific innovations related to EPM
  • Strong communication and client-facing experience
  • A degree or background in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage
