About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement employee experience strategies and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement surveys and workforce insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead programs supporting engagement, culture, inclusion, recognition and wellbeing
- Identify experience gaps and develop innovative employee-centered solutions
- Partner with leaders to improve employee satisfaction, retention and organizational health
- Support adoption of digital HR technologies and AI-enabled employee solutions
- Collaborate with Talent, Learning, Rewards and HR Business Partnering teams to deliver integrated people programs
- Lead experience-focused projects and change initiatives
- Benchmark external best practices and future workforce trends
- Champion a consistent and differentiated employee experience across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Consulting or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline
- Strong experience designing employee-centric programs and initiatives
- Experience using employee insights, engagement data and workforce analytics
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization
- Experience with HR technologies and employee listening platforms
- Strong facilitation, communication and storytelling skills
- Fluent English communication skills
