About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, process and analyze operational data from EY infrastructure platforms, especially HCSP platform telemetry
- Transform workflow orchestration, provisioning, logging, ITSM and capacity-management data into insights and visualizations
- Own measurement, reporting and continuous improvement analysis for HCSP provisioning performance, workflow reliability, SLA attainment, drift detection efficacy and operational impact
- Serve as the analytical authority for HCSP KPI reporting
- Track provisioning SLA attainment, orchestrator failure rates, manual touchpoint reduction, rollback success rates and catalog drift elimination
- Partner with HCSP engineering, I&O leadership and service management to drive continuous platform improvement
- Present HCSP performance findings and SLA trend analysis to technical and senior business audiences
- Support EY's global I&O data analytics and reporting capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience designing and delivering data analytics solutions using Power BI, including complex DAX measures, data models and report publishing
- Proficiency with ELK stack, Elasticsearch, Kibana, KQL query development and Kibana dashboard creation
- Experience with large, multi-source operational datasets and executive and operational reporting
- Ability to analyze workflow execution metrics, OPA policy evaluation outcomes, policy compliance trends, drift detection signals, ServiceNow order intake volumes and ticket correlation
- Understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, VMware, Kubernetes, VLANs, DNS, IP management, storage and compute provisioning
- Experience with SQL or KQL
- Experience integrating ITSM data from ServiceNow, Remedy or equivalent
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Prometheus or equivalent
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and multi-source data ingestion
- Python scripting with pandas, NumPy and requests; PowerShell; Bash
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Kanban, SCRUM and ITIL frameworks
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones
- Power BI report and dashboard development: 5–7 years
- Power BI data modelling, DAX and Power Query transformations: 5–7 years
- ELK stack analysis: 3–5 years
- SQL data analysis and querying: 5–7 years
- KPI definition, metric design and SLA/OLA reporting
- Data integration from ITSM platforms
- Infrastructure and platform automation monitoring data analysis
- Capacity planning and trend analysis reporting
- Kubernetes and container platform telemetry analysis
- Workflow orchestration data analysis, such as Temporal or Argo
- OPA policy evaluation and compliance reporting
- Drift detection and configuration audit analysis
- Windows Server and Linux concepts
- Virtualization platform familiarity
- Python scripting: 3–5 years
- PowerShell scripting for Windows infrastructure data collection
- Executive reporting and stakeholder presentation delivery
- Azure Monitor, Log Analytics or equivalent cloud observability data sources preferred
- CMDB data experience preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification desired
- Elastic Certified Analyst certification desired
