About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and support planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish timelines, and define deliverables
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, assumptions, and issues
- Work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implement approved actions and workarounds
- Provide SAP SuccessFactors insights and guidance to project teams
- Manage data integration processes, including mapping, transformation, and validation
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow
- Maintain project plans, process flows, and integration specifications
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements
- Develop project budgets and control costs, including planned, actual, and forecast operational and capital expenditures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related)
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Talent
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong data integration skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- PMP certification preferred but not required
