About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing service delivery
  • Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure software meets or exceeds standards and client requirements
  • Define test strategy, planning, implementation and quality assurance for large complex projects
  • Team with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Coach team members and foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment
  • Share knowledge and develop engagement tools and enablers to build practice capability
  • Cultivate business development opportunities and support sales
  • Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions for software application delivery and system integration projects
  • Build custom frameworks, tools and utilities including automation drivers, JSON/XML parsers, tool integrations and framework extensions
  • Develop testing tools and technology to accelerate and enhance software testing
  • Serve as a high-profile contact for resolving complex issues
  • Advise clients and engagement teams on solutions affecting industries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
  • Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development
  • Experience with Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management
  • Experience with Test Automation Framework Architecture
  • Experience with Agile Test Management
  • Experience with User Acceptance Test Coordination
  • Experience with IT Organizational Change Management
  • Experience with Performance Testing Program Management
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Management
  • Experience with IT Life Cycle Management or IT Delivery Management
  • Approximately 3 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience (ideally)
  • Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications (ideally)
