About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ongoing operations support for the EY alliance from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center
  • Drive and coordinate global operational activities
  • Collaborate with Financial Reporting to prepare comprehensive financial reports
  • Analyze financial performance, data trends, variances, and discrepancies
  • Provide Alliance leadership with business insights and effective reporting
  • Perform extensive financial analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual results
  • Produce customized Revenue, Sales, and Pipeline visualizations, analyses, and insights
  • Support Opportunity Management, including tagging alliance opportunities for accurate reporting
  • Track prospects and key wins for leadership reporting
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Reporting & Data Analytics team
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain BI-driven business and financial reporting using Power BI and SQL
  • Develop and refine reporting infrastructure for global operations
  • Improve efficiency through automation and digital integration
  • Facilitate internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by developing content and managing logistics
  • Facilitate meetings between EY leadership and the Alliance partner
  • Program manage Alliance Partner processes and tools, including partner portals and access requests
  • Track certifications, skills, competencies, and access issues
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Alliance Partner tools administration
  • Review and refresh Alliance-related reference materials and manage access in SharePoint and other tools
  • Support localisation of Global Agreements with the Ecosystem Contracts team
  • Coordinate Market Development Funds and other investment-related activities with the Alliance Investment Team
  • Partner with onshore Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects and initiatives
  • Manage onshore stakeholder expectations, plans, and communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA or equivalent
  • University Graduation
  • 10+ Years of work experience
  • Understanding of sales concepts, opportunity life cycles, and reporting, preferably within a professional services organization
  • Experience and/or academic background demonstrating proficiency in technology
  • Familiarity with continuous process improvement and automation initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and internal audit preparation
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Competence in Power BI is a plus
  • Experience working with senior onshore stakeholders and ability to develop trusted advisor relationships
  • Experience with virtual working across multiple geographies, demonstrating cultural sensitivity
  • Proven ability in evaluation, root cause analysis, and mitigation, with strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking
  • Competence in managing project budgets, execution, and tracking
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, with strong business writing skills and ability to create content independently
  • Experience working with Alliance or Partner programs in a professional services or technology environment
  • Understanding of EY & GDS operations for internal candidates, or Big 4 consultancy experience in leadership support or strategic environments for external candidates
  • Project/Program Management certification would be an added advantage
