About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP FI-AR solution design, implementation, and support across global business units
- Manage and optimize AR processes including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, dunning, and account reconciliation
- Drive and support Bank Communication Management (BCM) integration
- Configure and process interest calculations
- Manage AR correspondence and customer account statements
- Support lockbox processing and cash application
- Integrate HighRadius for collections and dispute management
- Collaborate with finance, treasury, banking, and business stakeholders
- Lead transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement programs
- Manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong expertise in SAP FI-AR
- Proven experience with SAP BCM, Lockbox, Interest Calculation, Account Statements, and Correspondence Framework
- Experience integrating SAP with HighRadius Collections and Dispute Management solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, OTC processes, and finance transformation programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
