About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a Manager across different phases of ongoing SAP implementation projects
- Contribute effectively to various SAP implementation projects for customers across the globe
- Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
- Complete assigned tasks on time
- Provide regular status reports to the manager/lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- SAP Finance experience: FI—New General Ledger and Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting
- Exposure to SAP Simple Finance—GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, and CO—Overhead Cost Controlling and Profitability Analysis
- Knowledge of SAP BPC (Consolidation), Special Purpose Ledger, SOX, US GAAP, exits, technical and functional upgrades, Report Painter, and Report Writer
- Experience with Fiori apps, BO-DS, BW, HANA, and other reporting tools
- Prior client-facing consulting experience
- SAP Finance/Controlling certification is a plus
- CA/ICWA (ICMA)/MBA Finance in a reputed institution
- Sound industry/domain experience and SAP-relevant experience with 10+ years
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
- Project management experience leading a team of 10–15 members
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrades, and enhancements
- Experience with SAP Finance taxation and withholding taxes
- Experience with SAP Finance closing activities, validations, substitutions, and reporting
- Controlling experience: CO-Cost Element Accounting, CO-Cost Center Accounting, and CO-Internal Orders
- Knowledge of CO-PA and Product Costing, including planning and cost object controlling
- FI integration with MM, SD, HR, and PS
- Excellent business communication skills
