About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review corporate compliance and tax provisions
- Assist companies with all aspects of tax provision preparation
- Support clients as part of a high-performing tax team
- Work remotely from within the United States with no travel required

- Build meaningful client relationships and deliver high-quality tax services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax provision, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance
- Relevant tax experience in business or industry with broad exposure to federal income taxation
- Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance and federal income taxation
- Knowledge of accounting for federal income tax and tax accounting for financial statements
- Understanding of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 under IFRS
- Ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context
- Strategic prioritization when working on multiple complex projects
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfort working remotely in a virtual team environment
