About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support key account operations for nominated accounts within the Account Support centre
- Ensure stakeholders receive and understand critical business indicators
- Aggregate account information using EY tools and external sources
- Develop company research packs and share quarterly financial result summaries
- Manage content for account databases, websites, and SharePoint sites
- Collaborate with opportunity and data owners to maintain sales, pipeline, and revenue data hygiene
- Prepare account meeting packs and develop client organization and account team charts
- Maintain data quality across EY account, financial, and CRM systems
- Review, update, and validate critical links with local teams
- Coordinate pre-employment screening compliance checks and interpret engagement contract documents
- Facilitate compliance with client procurement requirements
- Identify process improvements using digital platforms, automation tools, and analytics
- Standardize activities and share best practices
- Manage projects, quality control, reviews, and regular stakeholder updates
- Facilitate knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Any graduate degree with relevant experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies, including financial analysis skills
- Expert or intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint management experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience interacting with geographically dispersed professionals
- Understanding of business research or data interpretation and analysis concepts
- Understanding of project management concepts and experience working on non-IT projects
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to balance multiple project requirements and tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- Data reporting skills
- Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Experience using procurement portals such as SAP Fieldglass or Ariba
- Microsoft 365 products, apps, and services
