About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track regular governance meetings and ad-hoc leadership forums requiring support
  • Proactively plan deliverables for identified forums
  • Develop comprehensive leadership narratives with the CS S&T Leader
  • Initiate, plan and execute deliverables with the S&T team, GDS Service Lines and stakeholders
  • Ensure communication and alignment with internal and external leadership
  • Organize and store deliverables for future retrieval and reuse
  • Collate and track action items from leadership forums
  • Analyze raw data and derive actionable insights
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across service lines and functions
  • Support strategy and transformation initiatives with hands-on support, insights, analysis and recommendations
  • Assist with S&T team operations, including Finance, Talent and Risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or another relevant advanced degree from a reputed educational institution
  • 6-8 years’ experience in a similar role in a global environment
  • Very strong MS Office skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve personal/team efficiency
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw conclusions
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, judgment, critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong facilitation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to function in a rapidly changing, heavily matrixed and virtual environment
  • Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to changes quickly
  • Culturally sensitive with a global mindset
  • Exposure to project/program management
  • PMP or other project management certifications preferred but not mandatory
