About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate as a valued member of case teams addressing clients’ strategic challenges
  • Identify information sources and assemble data
  • Perform quantitative and strategic analyses
  • Structure arguments and develop presentations
  • Serve as a primary client contact when appropriate
  • Manage junior case team members
  • Conduct secondary research using analyst reports, market research reports and news articles
  • Execute customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis and macroeconomic forecasting
  • Design and execute interviews with organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers
  • Analyze business plans and pro-forma financial models
  • Maintain relationships with client personnel and internal teams
  • Develop long-term strategies, evaluate acquisitions, improve educational outcomes, develop marketing channels, reduce operating costs and evaluate new business ventures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience
  • Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or similar role performing quantitative research for health industry clients
  • Ability to conduct detailed analysis on products, markets, competitors and customers across the health industry
  • Proficient in English, including professional written and verbal communication
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reside in or be within commuting distance of the office location
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of firm-approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
