About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with business reporting and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Perform data analysis and support project transitions
  • Lead transition activities where required
  • Manage post-transition development, enhancements, and modifications
  • Work with back-end data architects and systems engineers to build data objects supporting business needs
  • Serve as the team’s subject matter expert
  • Analyze large datasets, determine patterns and rules, and prepare Power BI visualization dashboards
  • Manage databases and data modeling
  • Develop low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Design and support database and table structures for new and evolving data sources
  • Perform detailed data analysis to ensure data quality
  • Take end-to-end ownership across analysis and development phases
  • Manage client expectations, provide status updates, prioritize deliverables, and implement change control and release management processes
  • Handle multiple projects and coordinate between teams from different service lines
  • Frame problems and identify appropriate analytical solutions
  • Contribute as a senior team member to technical streams of Decision Sciences implementation projects
  • Provide product- and design-level technical practices
  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
  • Develop analytical strategies using appropriate techniques and technologies
  • Document and present work to clients
  • Recommend and influence changes in business decision-making
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and report status regularly to the lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Python coding and Databricks will be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel macros will be an added advantage
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Prior client-facing experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
